We make every ho.pe. chew for dogs we'd give our own. So try it with zero risk: if your dog doesn't love it, or you don't see the change you were hoping for, we'll give you your money back.

HOW IT WORKS

• You have 60 days from the day your order is delivered to request a refund.
• It applies even if the pack is opened and partly used — we want your dog to actually try it. Give it a few weeks; most dogs show results in 3–6 weeks.
• One guarantee claim per household.

HOW TO CLAIM

• Reach us through the Contact page on honestpetco.in, or simply reply to your order-confirmation email.
• Share your order number and a quick line on what didn't work — it helps us make ho.pe. better.

YOUR REFUND

• Once approved, we refund the full product price to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• You won't need to post anything back to us.

The guarantee covers the product price for orders placed on honestpetco.in. Shipping or COD convenience fees, where charged, are non-refundable. Limited to one claim per customer/household.
