Where do you ship?
We currently ship pan-India to all serviceable pin codes. Whether you’re in Bangalore or Bhilai, we’ve got your tail covered.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard Shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
A flat ₹49 shipping fee applies to orders below ₹499.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available .

When will my order ship?
All orders are packed with care and dispatched within 24–48 business hours of placing your order.

How long will delivery take?

Metro cities: 2–4 working days
Tier 2 & 3 cities / rural areas: 4–6 working days
Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on your location and local courier performance.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track it from your account on our website.

🔁 Returns & Replacements

What if my dog doesn’t like the chews?
We get it — even the best dogs can be picky eaters. If your pet doesn’t take to our chews, reach out within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll offer a replacement or refund — no questions asked.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Just email us at support@honestpetco.in with your order ID and a clear photo of the product. We’ll sort it out immediately.

Can I return opened packs?
For hygiene and safety, we unfortunately can’t accept returns of opened or used packs — but if there’s a quality issue, we’ll still take care of you.

How will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5–7 working days once approved. For COD orders, we’ll request your UPI or bank details for processing.
